The City of Roswell Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting the Annual Race for the Zoo Saturday, May 13, 2017. The event will begin at 8:00am at Spring River Park & Zoo located at 1306 E. College Blvd. The Race for the Zoo consists of a competitive 10K run, 10k walk, 5k run, and a 5k walk. Entry forms are available at the Roswell Adult & Recreation Center located at 807 N. Missouri or online at roswell-nm.gov. Registration on race day will be from 6:30am - 7:30am at Spring River Park & Zoo. Packet pick up will be May 12th at Spring River Park & Zoo from 4:00pm - 6:00pm or on race day morning from 6:30am - 7:30am. Pre-registration fee for the10K run or walk, 5k run or walk is $30.00 on or before May 12, 2017 or $35.00 on race day.
