Rico-Ruvira is accused of strangling his girlfriend in their Roswell home Jan. 7, 2020. It is believed after committing the crime, he left the scene with his 3-year-old son Osciel Ernesto Rico. Investigators believe Rico-Ruvira may be in Mexico.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the apprehension, arrest and/or extradition of Rico-Ruvira. Anyone wishing to provide information can call the FBI at (505) 889-1300.
Casillas-Moreno is accused of
manipulating two bank accounts to defraud a Roswell bank of about $11,000. She
controlled a business account and a personal account and on seven occasions
fraudulently put money into the personal account by writing a check from the
underfunded business account – overdrawing that account. She would then
retrieve the money from the personal account.

Montez is accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment in what is believed to be one of the latest of a series of break-ins he has carried out at the apartment. During this incident, Montez allegedly took the woman’s phone away from her so she could not call police and prevented her from leaving. He is also accused of previously threatening the woman to try to get her to stop pursuing a court case related to one of the prior criminal incidents.
