* 10% deposit due reserve date.
* Rates per day.
* All other miscellaneous fees currently charged are now included in room rental.
* Rental comes with chairs and tables included in the rental fee.
* Events held by local nonprofits for the exclusive benefit of a 501(c)(3) or local charitable endeavor are half-price.
* Government entities rental fees are waived.
* Know before you go – No outside alcohol allowed.
MEETING ROOM PRICING:
A through D: $300 each
East Exhibit: $750
West Exhibit: $750
Entire Exhibit: $1500
Conference A-B: $125 each
A through D plus Patio: $1200
Entire Facility: $2500
Book our newly enclosed Patio area when renting Meeting Rooms A – D or the entire facility.
Concession Stand: available upon request.
Pipe & Drape: $50 per room - max charge of $150
Linen (non-catered events): $30 per room.
Bar: $150 per Bar station, up to two stations. Attendance over 200 requires sales by an outside vendor. Outside vendors allowed at no charge for any sized party.
Dance Floor: $150 when used in A-D. (Dance floor option not available in Exhibit Hall.)
Stage - Regular: $250 ( up to 16ft X 16ft ).
Stage - Large: $500 ( up to 40ft x 16ft ).
Tea, Water, Coffee: $30 Only available for up to 50 people.
Outside catering fee: ¢50 per person. Cap of $250 or 500 people. (This includes the caterer's use of kitchen, dishware, cutlery, dish machine and linens. (Caterer must be a licensed restaurant to utilize kitchen.)
