For more than 40 years the American Water Works Association has used Drinking Water Week as a unique opportunity for both water professionals and the communities they serve to recognize the vital role water plays in our daily lives. Our water services would like to commemorate this week and in order to bring to light how vital our water system is.

It takes a lot to deliver just about any high-quality product, and our drinking water is no exception. It takes a maze of infrastructure, including treatment plants, pipes, pumps, storage basins and treatment supplies, to ensure your water is there when you need it. It takes a lot to deliver your tap water and our department is proud to provide this service to Roswell citizens. Our Utilities Department works hard around the clock to ensure high quality drinking water is "There When you Need It" and on demand.
