Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is an exercise in the water. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training.

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Instructed by Lois Urqurees
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Instructed by Manon Arnett

Due to limited availability this class is on a first come first serve basis. 

Fee

$5.25 per class or free with an Aquatic membership
