Excessive cleaning, property damage, staff overtime or any violation of RCCC policies & procedures will be deducted from this deposit. Events with more than 150 attendees should be aware that there is a likely chance that a portion of the security deposit will be used for clean up costs. The Director may, based on experience, increase or decrease the amount of the deposit.

The RCCC will be closed to recognize the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

No bookings will be accepted for these days and use of the facility is limited to 10:00pm on the day prior to these holidays, with the exception of New Year’s Eve.
