The former Red Brick Pizza building is undergoing a renovation to be converted into an Italian food restaurant. The facility is approximately 5,000 square feet and construction is expected to be complete in the near future.

The 71-room, extended stay hotel is permitted and ready to break ground. Construction is expected to take approximately one year and the finished product will cater to extended stay guests.
