This is an addition to the existing storage facility.  It will encompass a 40’ X 300’ area which is 9,000 square feet of which 4,500 square feet will be 10’ X 15’ units.

The former Red Brick Pizza building is undergoing a renovation to be converted into an Italian food restaurant.  The facility is approximately 5,000 square feet and construction is expected to be complete in the near future.

The former Denny’s location will be remodeled into new subway store.  The facility is 2,200 square feet and will also contain an additional 1,800 square feet in the rear available for a future tenant.

The 71-room, extended stay hotel is permitted and ready to break ground.  Construction is expected to take approximately one year and the finished product will cater to extended stay guests.
