The individuals below are wanted by the Roswell Police Department in connection to the crimes listed. Individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of these individuals, or having any other information that could potentially help locate the subjects, is asked to call the police department at 575-624-6770 or Chaves County Crime Stoppers at 888-594-TIPS (8477).

Callers may remain anonymous, and callers to Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a reward if their information leads to an arrest or conviction. The Roswell Police Department thanks citizens for their assistance.

Kalistro Francisco Linares

  • CRIMINAL CHARGES: robbery, aggravated assault, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle

Linares allegedly used a machete or large knife to threaten his 70-year-old grandfather during a Jan. 15 argument about Linares’ failure to clean up after himself in the house the two shared. Linares is accused of then taking his grandfather’s vehicle without permission after forcibly taking the keys from him. The vehicle was later found abandoned in Artesia. (Photo is from April 2016)

Bobbahy David Montez

  • CRIMINAL CHARGES: aggravated burglary, breaking and entering, interference with communications, false imprisonment, bribery or intimidation of a witness, criminal damage, possession of burglary tools, possession of marijuana

Montez is accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment Sept. 15 in what is believed to be one of the latest of a series of break-ins he has carried out at the apartment. During this incident, Montez allegedly took the woman’s phone away from her so she could not call police and prevented her from leaving. He is also accused of previously threatening the woman to try to get her to stop pursuing a court case related to one of the prior criminal incidents.
