Jason Perry was elected by the constituents of Ward 4 which is the south central and western part of the city. Councilor Perry is originally from the outskirts of Chattanooga, Tennessee. He and his bride of 18 years, Deena, have chosen Roswell to raise their seven children. Councilor Perry graduated from Ringgold High School in Ringgold, Georgia and from Faith Baptist Bible in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After many years ministering in the Chattanooga area, Councilor Perry took his family to Jimenez, Chihuahua, Mexico to serve as Baptist missionaries. There, he served with a church in Jimenez and another in Ceballos, Durango, Mexico.
After serving in Mexico, Councilor Perry answered the call to serve at the Tabernacle Baptist Church of Roswell where he is currently the Minister of Youth, Education, and Music. Councilor Perry is also very active in the community serving as pianist for the Roswell Rotary, Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Chaves County, Past President of the Roswell Noon Optimist Club and Board of Directors of Valley Christian Academy.
Councilor Perry is Chairman of the Legal Committee and is a member of the Finance Committee, Councilor Perry continues to try to do his part to make Roswell an even greater city.
