Administrative Services

Each of these departments has a director or supervisor who reports to the Director of Administrative Services, who, along with these departments, works hard to provide quality service to the citizens of Roswell. It is our goal to enhance the quality of life for all who visit and live in Roswell.

The Director of Administrative Services is the team leader for the following departments:

  1. Finance

    The Finance Department oversees the financial operations for the City including payroll, accounts payable and more

  2. Human Resources

    The Information Technology department supports the technical aspects of all city departments.

  4. Roswell Museum & Art Center

    Roswell Museum and Art Center is a 50,000 square foot facility which includes twelve galleries dedicated to the exhibition of art and history, and the Patricia Lubben Bassett Art Education Center. The Museum is accredited by the American Association of Museums and is southern New Mexico’s preeminent museum, lauded for the quality of its exhibitions, programs, and collections.

  5. Parks and Recreation

    The Roswell Parks and Recreation Department is made up of Parks, Recreation, Golf Course, and Zoo Divisions. The department's focus is on the Roswell community and continuing to make it a great place to live and work.
